RESERVATION POLICY:

Full payment is required at booking to secure your spot. Payment plans are available - please contact us to set this up.

If payment is not made by the due dates specified in the personalised payment plan, Wild Stillness Retreats has the right to cancel the booking and our cancellation policy will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please advise us in writing if you are no longer able to attend your booked retreat.

We have the option to keep a full credit and transfer it to another Wild Stillness Retreat. Let us know if you would like this option and we will put your payment on account as credit with no expiration date (minus a $50 administration fee). Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to retreat start date.

For cancellation:

If you cancel with at least 60 days' notice prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund, minus a $150 per person administrative cancellation fee.
Between 59 days and 6 weeks period before the retreat a 50% (of total retreat cost) cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation less than 6 weeks before a retreat will not be refunded.

We fully understand that cancellation may be unavoidable, however a percentage charge for administration is necessary to cover even part of the costs incurred by late cancellations.

Wild Stillness Retreats has the right to cancel a retreat at anytime, however in this unlikely circumstance, you will receive a full refund.

Wild Stillness Retreats are not responsible for any expenses that you may incur due to a retreat being cancelled.

If Wild Stillness postpones a retreat there will be no charge for transferring to the new date. Should you choose to cancel due to date changes you will offered a full refund minus a $30 administration fee.

No refunds will be given after the retreat commences or if a guest voluntarily leaves during the retreat for any reason.

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Wild Stillness Retreats must be informed of any pre-existing medical conditions in writing at the time of booking. Please ensure to bring all necessary medication you may require.

MASSAGE (OPTIONAL ADD ON):

If you wish to book a massage, this must be done so prior to the retreat. We highly recommend booking your massage at the time of booking the retreat. This will ensure time is allocated and you don’t miss out.

CHECK-IN:

Check in times vary from retreat to retreat, so please check your full retreat itinerary which will be emailed to you prior to the retreat commencing.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

Wild Stillness Retreats provide vegetarian food for all our retreats. Any special food requirements and/or allergies must be requested at the time of booking, and may incur a fee of up to $7pp per day. We will let you know prior to your booking if these requests can be catered for. We take no responsibility and no refunds will be given if we have not granted the requests in writing prior to booking.

PROMOTION:

From time to time Wild Stillness Retreats staff may take photos during the retreat, these may be used on our website, social media or for advertising. If you would not like to be photographed, we must be informed prior to the retreat and we will ensure that your image is not used for promotional purposes.
