Our Winter Soul Soothe Retreat this July gives space to pause and truly feel into each and every moment.

Over 4 days and 3 nights, we cultivate a deeply grounding, nurturing and vibrantly connected space. Every element of our retreat is carefully curated to create a spacious and flowing experience, guiding you towards a deeper connection with yourself, the world around you and other like-minded women.


Join us as we explore our connection to the breath and body through breathwork, yoga, dance, music and meditation. Through creative workshops we generate a curiosity for our feminine nature, embracing intuition, self-expression and our relationship to nature. Take home practices that will serve you long into the future, giving in to the opportunity to celebrate who you are. Nourish your body inside and out with our absolutely delicious organic vegetarian food, cooked with love by Beth. 


Start each day with a flowing yoga class, followed by inspiring workshops, deep relaxation techniques and ample opportunity to wander the beautiful surroundings of our gorgeous retreat space. We limit this retreat to 12 women, creating a safe environment to slow-down, be yourself and feel truly comfortable together.


Beth and Vanessa are your welcoming retreat guides at Wild Stillness Retreats. Together they have decades of experience as teachers and facilitators, in yoga, meditation, workshops, music, ecology and creative expression. Together they create a truly authentic space to be free, honest, deep and joyful.

Connection to Nature

Repairing the human relationship to the living planet is at the core of our work. The healing power of nature is immeasurable and it flows both ways. We can learn to live within the  natural rhythms, giving back to the earth which sustains and nurtures us. The retreat will be held nestled in the lush valleys of Tuakau, south of Auckland.

Food symbolises connection, it is medicine for the body and nourishment for the soul. Our food is lovingly created with intention and crafted to suit each of our retreats. We use delicious organic and locally sourced ingredients (where possible) to create wholesome, scrumptious vegetarian food.
