Welcome, dear one. It is time to Rest.
Imagine becoming deeply rested. A rest that comes from within; that supports a sense of deep contentment, peace and spaciousness. This is what this unique retreat is here for. Each element of this weekend is carefully curated to invite more softness, space and peace. We will offer practices to support attunement of your energy to what matters most.
Our Rested Woman Retreat is the ultimate gift of self-love. Over Anzac weekend, we step out of the busy world, and enter a space where nature and our senses become our guide, and nourishment is top priority. As we take time to rest, to pause and slow down, we can begin to notice those parts of ourselves that have been neglected or put aside. This is time carved out for you to reconnect and nurture the woman within. To notice how your relationship with pure nature can support your wellbeing. We have crafted this retreat to allow you to step back from your daily life, using tools to deeply appreciate and guide yourself towards what feels most alive for you.
This spacious retreat offers deeply restful yoga nidra, mindful flowing restorative yoga and dance, meditation, relaxation, creative practices, workshops and nature connection to move gently into a discovery of all that stays dormant within. It is our hope that you leave feeling the sense of deep rest, support and connection to self as we move towards the cooler months ahead.
Start each day with a meditation and flowing yoga class, followed by inspiring workshops, deep relaxation techniques and ample opportunity to wander the beautiful surroundings of our gorgeous retreat space. Spaces are limited to only 12 women to create a uniquely intimate and personalised small-group experience without the overwhelm of larger retreats.
Beth and Vanessa are your welcoming retreat guides at Wild Stillness Retreats. Together they have decades of experience as teachers and facilitators, in yoga, meditation, workshops, music, ecology and creative expression. Their aim is to create a truly authentic space to be free, honest, deep and joyful.
Te Moata is a place of sacred nature connection. There is a deeply nourishing and grounded energy that supports deep peace and rest, as you immerse yourself in the stunning native forest, picturesque streams and waterfalls, and meditative labyrinth features. The facilities offer a space for comfort, relaxation and views across the beautiful land. It has a rich history of incredible teachers and the land is such a wonderful teacher in itself. We really look forward to welcoming you here.
